PackBOM Terms of Service

PackBOM is workflow and data-management software for packaging EPR compliance.

We help you collect, organize, validate, and report packaging data.

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or regulatory advisor.

We are not affiliated with CAA, CalRecycle, or any state environmental agency or producer responsibility organization.

Our reports and outputs require review by a qualified compliance professional.

You must provide accurate account and company information.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Each login is for one person only. Do not share accounts.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your company.

You own all data you upload to PackBOM.

You grant us a limited license to process your data so we can provide the service.

You can export your data at any time.

You can delete your account and data at any time.

We do not share your data with other customers or third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Use PackBOM only for lawful business purposes.

Do not attempt to access other organizations' data.

Do not upload malicious files.

Do not share account credentials.

Do not use PackBOM to submit false compliance reports.

Do not reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

Prices are listed on our pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

You can cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of the billing period.

We do not provide refunds for partial months or partial years.

Setup and audit fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

We may change prices with 30 days notice.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it.

We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.

PackBOM's total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for penalties, fines, or fees assessed by regulators based on data in PackBOM.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

We can suspend accounts that violate these terms with notice.

After termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that, it is deleted.

We may update these terms with 30 days email notice.

Material changes will be highlighted.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by California law.

Disputes will be resolved in San Jose, California courts.
